"This place was unexpectedly in a business complex, but what a honey hole. Gloria welcomed me with a friendly warm and inviting smile. Explained how everything worked. They are flexible with their menu and substitutions. Their vegetable quality was fresh. A lot of in house made items. All her staff were very friendly as well. The portions were huge so the price seemed more than reasonable. Highly recommend checking this place out. If I am ever back in the area I will come back in."

"Amazing food and excellent service. Fresh quality food. Offers different daily specials. Not limited to the menu, you can customize your order. I tried the vegetarian bowl. "I was in the Dallas area for an appointment and decided to treat myself to a nice lunch afterwards. Headed right on over to trusty Google to see what restaurants were Top Rated and near my current location. First option on the list, GLO’s Cafe, less than a mile away, had 5 stars and immediately caught my attention. After reading the menu and reviews, I knew this was the place! When I stepped inside, I was immediately welcomed by Glo herself, and when I announced that this was my first visit, she came right over and gave me a quick menu rundown as well as the daily specials. Everything on the bar looked delicious and because this was a little far from my home, I decided to get two meals to try. In the pictures below, you will see that I selected the Salmon Salad and the Meatloaf which was today’s daily special. Delicious, generously portioned, and made from scratch….oh, absolute heaven. Superbly content from my lunch (meatloaf), with leftovers to enjoy later, next I’m excited to try the desserts. I got a peanut butter cookie and the newly offered fig cookies. Yum. Planning to eat the rest of my lunch for dinner. My Salmon Salad may be tomorrow’s lunch…if I can hold off that long from trying it. Highly recommend this establishment for the warm welcome, the friendly staff, delicious made from scratch food, and the atmosphere. Thank you, Glo, Sidney, Jose, Pedro, and the rest of the team! "Absolutely the most delicious food and best service in the world! Glo and her team are super attentive and kind. It’s quick service scratch made food! If you’re in a hurry and need to go they will get you in and out in a flash. Also if you’d like to sit and hang out the atmosphere is so peaceful and full of lively kind people. 10/10 recommend any of their bowls for lunch or their chilaquiles for breakfast!"

"WOW!! What a wonderful experience I had here!! The place looks like a small cafeteria, nested inside an office building; Don’t let this distract you from come in as you will be very pleasantly surprised. The service was top notch and super friendly. I met Gloria, the owner, and her hospitality was off the charts!! For lunch I had the Wednesday special, Chicken Saltimbocca, layered with Prosciutto, fresh sage, and white sauce, accompanied by risotto and veggies.. SOOOO GOOD!!!
